When you become appointed to a new position it comes with a new aura of attained confidence that you didn’t have the day before. It could be a promotion to team lead, manager, or CEO. You have been validated. What you say now matters especially to people that are underneath you. You may be more likely to voice an opinion now. You have a bigger reputation to protect. If you are a son or daughter of the King you have HIS ring on your finger. We have been given the authority to speak love on HIS behalf. The Creator of the Universe has given us the authority to wield his grace to all of his Creation. I guess sometime while we were sleeping we were promoted. Why don’t we believe this? How would we act if we did?
